Castle Venue Location
Glencairn Museum at 1001 Cathedral Road, Bryn Athyn, PA 19009 (Link).
On-Site or Commuter Ticket Options
Choose between on-site room and board or a commuter ticket. If staying on-site, you can choose between a 2-night or 3-night stay at our modern, spacious, and proximate suite-style housing at Bryn Athyn College, right across the street from the venue (Link). Choose the 3-night stay if you are arriving the day before.
Commuter tickets are available to local players or to players booking their own hotel stay in the area. We are not including a hotel for summer 2026.
Meals are Included!
Tickets include catered lunches and dinners with vegetarian and gluten-free options (seafood/shellfish, peanuts, and other common allergens are avoided). Unlimited snacks and beverages are always available, and adult beverages are served.
Adventure Tables
The maximum number of players at an adventure table is six. If you purchase the same campaign, we will seat couples, friends, and families together at the same table. If you are in a group of 3–4, we will add more people to your table. A table is considered closed at 5-6 players. We limit capacity to provide the best possible experience.
VIP Room Tickets
VIP Tickets are available for pre-selected adventures in the tower and chapel of the castle. Details are listed in the section below on this website and in the Ticket Store.
Adventure Party Prep
Discord channels open 2-3 weeks before each event for convenient onboarding. We will provide character-creation guidelines, and parties will be assigned private channels to meet, develop a backstory, ask questions, and prepare for the event.

Travel is Easy!
The majestic historic district of Bryn Athyn hosts many of our events. This world of genuine Gothic revival and Gilded Age architecture is just 40 minutes north of Philadelphia’s Airport. No shuttles are provided between the airport and the venue. Of course, apps simplify travel nowadays.

Summer 2026 tickets include modern on-site housing at Bryn Athyn College, proximate to the Castle and within the Bryn Athyn Historic District.

Live nearby? We offer commuter tickets. Prefer a hotel? Book a commuter ticket and then book your own hotel independently.
