Common Booking Questions

Local and commuting by car? Or maybe you’d like to use points at another hotel? No problem—just book a Commuter Ticket!

Simple! Book a Double Occupancy Ticket and list your roommate’s name in the Booking Form (emailed to you right after purchase). Note: Both players must purchase a Double Occupancy Ticket to share the room—one ticket per person (a total of 2 tickets).

You’ll select your preferred adventure in the detailed Booking Form that’s emailed immediately after purchase.

Yes! Groups of 5–6 players will have their own adventure table and dedicated GM. Smaller groups of 3–4 will be paired with other players to create a full table of 5–6.

Once the majority of bookings are in and Booking Forms reviewed, we’ll carefully match each party with a passionate GM to fit your playstyle. About 3 weeks before the event, we’ll open the event Discord where you can meet your GM and fellow players.
