The Castle: Glencairn

Glencairn is a true castle estate with soaring halls, stone staircases, and museum-level architecture that elevates every moment of play. From dramatic roleplaying scenes to late-night dice rolls beneath vaulted ceilings, this is tabletop gaming the way it was meant to be experienced.

“The setting was truly inspiring for the gameplay. Our GM was amazing, engaging, and uplifting. It may have been our group, but I can certainly see playing with all our party members in the future!” - Scott

A Premier RPG Vacation

With over a decade of experience, we create immersive events at top medieval-inspired sites across the U.S., offering a premium adventure vacation with all the expected comforts at a fair price.

“Thank you for putting these events together. I can't express how meaningful they are to me. It's so much more than playing a game. It's an opportunity to make new friends and meet up with old ones. This was my third event, and each of them has been such an amazing experience. You and your team do a great job hosting. Thank you! Keep up the great work!” - John

Our Accelerated Campaigns solve the problem

Finally, experience a complete campaign in one unforgettable weekend!

Your campaign keeps getting canceled. Scheduling is impossible. Half your group is on Discord, phones out, distracted. You miss the magic of being truly present with friends.

Many groups can’t meet regularly — life happens. We solve that: play all weekend and complete a whole story from start to finish. Begin with a new character and leave with an epic tale to share for years.

You’re the heroes the world needs! Our curated campaigns fast-track the action, packing in big roleplaying moments and boss battles. From Friday to Sunday, each session hits key story milestones, ensuring you experience everything that matters.

“Amazing job running a table of six people and condensing a campaign packed with material while letting us each try to tell a bit of our story!” - Aethelas

Plenty of time to catch an evening flight out of Philadelphia.

Map showing driving routes from Philadelphia International Airport to a point north of Philadelphia, with travel times of 40 and 46 minutes covering distances of 32.3 and 28.5 miles respectively.

Travel is Easy!

The majestic historic district of Bryn Athyn hosts many of our events. This world of genuine Gothic revival and Gilded Age architecture is just 40 minutes north of Philadelphia’s Airport. No shuttles are provided between the airport and the venue. Of course, apps simplify travel nowadays.

On-Site Housing

Summer 2026 tickets include modern on-site housing at Bryn Athyn College, proximate to the Castle and within the Bryn Athyn Historic District.

✔️ 2-minute drive / 12-minute walk to the castle
✔️ No travel to and from a hotel
✔️ Suite-style residences with modern comfort + breakfast on campus.

Live nearby? We offer commuter tickets. Prefer a hotel? Book a commuter ticket and then book your own hotel independently.

This upgrade offers an all-inclusive retreat — more time gaming and less time commuting. Wake up where the adventure happens!

Prefer a Hotel Stay?

If you prefer a hotel room to campus housing, we recommend booking a commuter ticket to the event (no on-site room or breakfast included), then booking a hotel independently. Fort Washington and Willow Grove, PA, both have hotel options within a 15-20 minute drive of the castle, and these are hotels we’ve booked in the past. Book early, as summer fills fast in Philadelphia, especially with the World Cup being in town.

What Players Say…

“If you are a veteran of tabletop RPGs or just starting out, you will be amazed at how much fun you will have. The DM's are all amazing, the staff is incredible, and the thrills are endless! By the time you sit down, you have made new friends and are in for the adventure of a lifetime!” - Adam

“This was easily the smoothest and most cohesive game I've ever been in (though that was probably the point of turning it into an event, lol), not to mention the most unique story.” - Spenser

“Go with like-minded friends ready to spend most of the day on the campaign if you can, but even if you go alone, you'll likely meet new people just as excited about playing as you are!” - Kevin

“Thank you for putting these events together. I can't express how meaningful they are to me. It's so much more than playing a game. It's an opportunity to make new friends and meet up with old ones. This was my third event, and each of them has been such an amazing experience. You and your team do a great job hosting. Thank you! Keep up the great work! - John

Experience of a First-Time Player who attended Alone…

“I participated in the Vecna: Eve of Ruin campaign, and it was one of the most memorable tabletop experiences I’ve ever had.

Our GM, Brandon, was phenomenal. His patience, clarity, and interpersonal skills were genuinely impressive. Running a group for an all-day, multi-day campaign is obviously no small task, and he handled it with warmth, humor, and an incredible sense of balance. I don’t think I could ever be as calm and skilled in managing group dynamics as he was, he truly made the entire experience. I have so much less patience

I also want to highlight how welcoming and safe the environment felt, especially as a solo female traveler, like myself. Traveling alone can be intimidating, and this was very much outside my comfort zone, but from the very beginning, the communication from the team was friendly, positive, and reassuring. Joining the Discord before the event immediately felt like entering a safe and inclusive space, which helped ease a lot of my nerves before I even arrived.

Once on site, that feeling only grew stronger. Everyone, from the organizers to the players, were open, kind, and respectful. At no point did I feel pressured, cornered, or unsafe. Instead, I felt welcomed, empowered, and genuinely included. That sense of care and intentional community-building really stood out to me and made the entire weekend something special.

I had an amazing time overall, and I can confidently say this is an experience I would not hesitate to do again (already signed up for August). This may very well become a personal tradition for me. Thank you for creating and maintaining something so thoughtful, inclusive, and magical. I’m incredibly grateful for the experience.”

Thank you, Sarah “Talia”
