🎭 Professional Game Masters & On-Site Support
Your Game Master brings the story to life.
Our experienced on-site staff handles logistics, meals, and scheduling — so you can focus entirely on play.
📝 Character & Party Creation
You’ll create your character and form your party with your assigned GM in our event Discord, beginning two weeks prior to the event.
🍽️ Meals & Treats Included
Your ticket includes meals and unlimited snacks & beverages throughout the weekend.

Choice of a single or double occupancy stay:
2-Night Stay (Friday & Saturday)
Best for guests commuting to the venue on Friday morning who want convenient overnight accommodations that evening.
3-Night Stay (Thursday–Saturday)
Ideal for guests traveling from a distance who want to arrive early, settle in, and start the weekend relaxed. Note: Thursday dinner is not included; plentiful local dining options are available nearby.
Checkout is Sunday afternoon.
