For players planning to share a room with another guest purchasing separately. Perfect for couples, friends, or family. You’ll indicate your preferred roommate in your Booking Form—we’ll take care of the rest.

Double Occupancy (2 Players) — 4 payments of $600
Two tickets in a single purchase for players sharing one room. Ideal for couples, friends, or family who prefer a streamlined checkout experience.

🐎 Commuter Option (No Hotel Stay) — 4 payments of $250

Designed for players who prefer to arrange their own lodging while enjoying the full RPG experience. Includes all gameplay and meals during event hours.
Lodging and breakfast are not included.
