This ticket is for one player and includes a private (single) hotel room for two nights — Friday, September 19 and Saturday, September 20.

💳 How Does the 3-Month Payment Plan Work?

When you choose the payment plan, your total is divided into two equal payments:

• First payment: charged at checkout

• Second payment: automatically charged 30 days after your checkout date

• Third payment: automatically charged 60 days after your checkout date

⚠️ Please check out on a date that works with your payment schedule.
We cannot modify your payment dates—the Squarespace Store and Stripe handle it securely and automatically. Only you can log in to your customer account to change your card payment method. We cannot access your customer account or manage your payment method or dates, which protects your information.

Enjoy cinematic storytelling from a professional Game Master (GM). Our experienced staff is present all weekend to ensure a seamless and fully immersive event.

📝 Pre-Game Character & Party Creation

Join our Session Zero on Discord two weeks before the event to build your character, connect with your party, and prepare for adventure.

🏨 2-Night Hotel Stay (Fri 9/19 + Sat 9/20)

This ticket includes a 2-night private hotel room at the Holiday Inn & Suites, 432 Pennsylvania Ave, Fort Washington, PA 19034. There is no shuttle between the hotel and the venue, but ride shares are reliable and plentiful.

Need an earlier arrival or later departure?

You can add hotel nights for Thursday (9/18) or Sunday (9/21) by contacting us after purchase at sales@thegametheatre.com. We’ll connect you with the hotel directly. (Note: Extra hotel nights are not included in your ticket and must be booked separately.)

Are you a commuter who doesn’t need a hotel room stay?

Contact us at sales@thegametheatre.com to receive a commuter discount code that deducts the hotel portion from your ticket.
