A breathtaking medieval castle in the Bryn Athyn Historic District. All gaming, meals, and storytelling take place here across the full weekend. Each game system — D&D 5E, Pathfinder, and Call of Cthulhu — has its own dedicated tables, GMs, and curated campaign experience within the castle.

Fly into Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) — approximately 40 minutes south. Rideshare and rental cars are both readily available. No event shuttle is provided.

Look for the gold medieval doors — that is your entrance. Doors open at 10:00 AM and staff will be there to welcome you in.

• Please respect the museum's opening time — the grounds are a lovely place for a morning stroll if you arrive early
• Gather in the main hall — your GM will introduce you to your fellow players and escort you to your table
• Gaming begins at 11:00 AM

Every campaign is crafted to deliver a complete story arc across three days — no cliffhangers, no continuation required. Our GMs are expert storytellers trained in accelerated, immersive pacing.

• Tables capped at six players for quality and comfort
• Between 24–27 hours of play, dependent on adventure cadence
• Classic tabletop feel: physical maps, minis, dice — occasional HD screens per GM
• Bring your own minis, dice, props, or talismans — you are responsible for your own gear

• 18+ only — all attendees must be ticketed players
• Non-playing guests are not permitted at the event or at housing

Breakfast is served each morning in the dining hall at Bryn Athyn College — a proper spread to start your day. Fill a travel mug with coffee before heading to the castle!

Lunch and Dinner are catered and served at Glencairn each day. Sunday closes with a pizza party!

Commuter ticket holders: Lunch and Dinner at the castle Friday and Saturday, Lunch on Sunday. Breakfast and lodging are not included.

Snacks & Drinks: A great variety of snacks and treats are available throughout the day. Baked goods served with tongs. Coffee is served with all meals.

Adult Beverages: Available at dinner. 21 and over only.

Glencairn is an extraordinary place to spend a weekend. During breaks, our staff and the museum team will guide you through which areas are available to enjoy — some rooms are private gaming spaces and others are museum-reserved areas. Please follow their direction and enjoy what this remarkable building has to offer.
